Comments from an email I received 11/25/07...Hi Kevin: As you may remember, I ordered the Nike Sasquatch clone Driver with the Graphite Design G-Tech Shaft - 13 degrees. I've been hitting it 250-260 consistently. A friend challenged me to hit his new Tour Edge Exotics Driver. Supposedly the welding on this driver is ultra hard and has a guaranteed carry of 20 yards over other drivers. I've been putting a solid swing on the ball as I have had 3-4 lessons in the past month and have been at the range nearly every day for 2-3 hours. (I've been working hard on my game lately) I hit about 50 balls with the Tour Edge before I switched back to the driver you built for me. I paid $120 for my driver and he paid $415. To my friend's chagrin I hit your driver 25 yards further - consistently 8-9 balls out of ten flew straighter and further than the best drive I hit with the Tour Edge. Goes to show that custom built is often as good or better than the name brand. I won't be switching any time soon! George P.
